Welcome to Invite Link (accessible at https://www.invitelink.shop). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Host", or "You") and Invite Link ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our studio, creating an invitation, or purchasing an event pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service & Licence Grant
Invite Link provides a proprietary interactive digital invitation creation, hosting, and RSVP collection platform. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Use our in-browser studio to design and preview event invitations.
- Publish customized event invitations accessible via unique URL slugs.
- Collect and manage guest RSVPs and venue interactions.
2. Pricing & One-Time Payment Model
Invite Link operates on a transparent, one-time event pass model. There are no recurring monthly subscriptions or hidden renewal fees.
- Free Preview: You may design, edit, and test invitations without payment.
- Single Event Pass: Grants full cloud hosting, unlimited guest views, removal of watermarks, and WhatsApp RSVP routing for a single event for one (1) full year from activation.
- Premium Event Pass: Includes custom vanity slugs, multi-day timelines, and guest media uploads.
All prices are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD) prior to payment. Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. User Content & Acceptable Use
You retain full ownership of all photographs, text, audio tracks, and event details ("User Content") that you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and releases.
You agree not to use Invite Link to upload, transmit, or publish content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent.
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Contains malicious code, viruses, or phishing links.
We reserve the right to remove any invitation URL that violates our Acceptable Use policy without refund.
4. Service Availability & Hosting SLA
Published invitations are hosted on high-availability global edge Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). While we target 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance or third-party telecommunication disruptions. You may edit event details (such as venue or timing) at any time during your hosting term.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invite Link and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific event pass.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
