2. Free vs. Premium Services

• Drafting & Previews: Designing, editing, and previewing invitations on our platform is completely free and requires no upfront payment.
• Publishing & Custom Domains: Premium templates, high-definition hosting, custom URLs, and dedicated RSVP support may be subject to a one-time publishing fee as clearly indicated on the template selection screen.

3. Acceptable Use & User Content

You retain full ownership of all photographs, text, audio, and details you upload. By uploading content, you affirm that you have the right and permissions to share such material. You agree NOT to create or distribute invitations that contain defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, copyrighted without permission, or unlawful content.

4. WhatsApp Communication & Guest Privacy

Our platform integrates with WhatsApp to enable 1-tap RSVP messaging and direct sharing. You are responsible for ensuring that you have existing relationships with recipients prior to sharing event links. Invite Link strictly prohibits using our tool for unsolicited commercial spam or bulk automated cold messaging.

5. Availability & Service Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% uptime and utilize global CDN edge networks to ensure your invitations load smoothly worldwide for your event guests. In the rare event of technical maintenance, we prioritize live event links to prevent disruptions.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your published invitation encounters technical failure or does not meet your expectations prior to your event date, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invite Link and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the invitation service.
